Dispute Policy
If you have a dispute regarding our services, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
You can cancel your service agreement with Connectiva Digital at any time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded. After 24 hours, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
Connectiva Digital complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Services provided are not to be used in any manner that violates such laws and regulations, including but not limited to, export restrictions and intellectual property laws.
All promotions offered by Connectiva Digital are subject to these terms and conditions. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers and are valid for a limited time. Specific terms for each promotion will be provided at the time of the offer.

Upon receipt of full payment, Connectiva Digital commits to delivering the purchased services within 0 to 3 business days. The exact delivery timeframe may vary depending on the specific service and project requirements. Clients will be informed of the expected delivery date at the time of purchase or project initiation.
